Documentation Control Management Lead
Our agency is looking for a Documentation Control Management Lead on behalf of a hyperscale data center project in Chonburi, Thailand.
The Role
The Documentation Control Management Lead will lead project document control and information management activities, ensuring project information is properly structured, controlled, distributed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
The role will have a strong focus on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and will be responsible for supporting the effective administration and governance of the project’s common data environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead the project document control function and establish consistent processes for document submission, review, approval, distribution, revision and archiving
• Administer and manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as the project’s primary document and information management platform
• Configure and maintain ACC project structures, permissions, workflows, folders, naming conventions, metadata and document control settings
• Manage user access, roles and permissions across the project, including onboarding and offboarding of project stakeholders
Requirements
• Strong experience in document control, information management or project documentation within major construction projects
• Hands-on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) experience is required
• Experience administering ACC at a project level, ideally with administrator or
super-user responsibilities, including user access, permissions, workflows,
folder structures and system configuration
• Strong understanding of document control processes, revision management,
transmittals and construction project information workflows
• Strong English proficiency is essential, both written and spoken
