Benefits
- 12-month contract
- Booragoon location
- $45 - $55 per hour plus super
- 1 day work from home
- Relevant experience in document control within large-scale projects
- Proficiency with document control software such as InEight Document (Teambinder) or Aconex
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Vocational training in Records Management, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred
- Manage all project documentation accurately and efficiently
- Implement and maintain document control systems to ensure compliance and accessibility
- Facilitate document workflows including approvals, reviews, and distribution
- Support onboarding and training of team members on document control procedures
- Collaborate across project teams at the Booragoon Office and Pinjarra Refinery, supporting project phases from planning through construction
