D&W Equipment Coordinator
Job Purpose
Coordinate equipment, warehouse, logistics, QA/QC, and inventory activities supporting completion, workover, and well intervention operations. Ensure equipment availability, compliance, safety, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate warehouse activities and prioritize equipment requirements based on operational schedules.
  • Manage equipment mobilization, load-outs, returns, repairs, and tracking.
  • Conduct QA/QC inspections and acceptance checks for new and returned equipment.
  • Support assembly, testing, certification, and maintenance of completion and well intervention equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is calibrated, certified, and compliant with company standards.
  • Process equipment movements and inventory transactions through SAP.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for inspections, testing, and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and equipment certification programs.
  • Support offshore/platform operations and provide guidance to Well Intervention Supervisors.
  • Promote and maintain strong HSE compliance and safe working practices.
Work Environment
  • Primarily based at logistics bases and warehouses.
  • Regular interaction with contractors, vendors, offshore teams, and third-party facilities.
Education
  • Mechanical Engineering degree or Maintenance Technician qualification.
Certification
  • IWCF Level 2 preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of oil & gas experience.
  • At least 3 years of offshore exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of completion and well intervention equipment, especially slickline operations.
  • Experience with equipment mobilization, inventory management, SAP workflows, and QA/QC processes.
  • Fluent English required; additional regional languages are advantageous.
