- 16 hours per week
- Pinjarra location
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications.
- Relevant experience in education, community relations, communications, or tourism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Current WA Driver’s Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate (advantageous).
- Organize and conduct tours of operational sites for diverse stakeholder groups, including schools, universities, government officials, business partners, and community leaders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and processes to deliver safe and successful tours.
- Develop and update tour-related materials such as procedures, routes, speaking notes, Q&A documents, presentations, and merchandise.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the tour program.
- Support virtual and in-person tours as required.
