A leading engineering and technology organisation is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to support its UK operations and international project portfolio. Operating across multiple workshops, manufacturing environments, and global construction sites, this role will be central to strengthening the company’s safety culture and ensuring compliance across all activities.
The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of EHS policies, management systems, and risk controls, while providing practical, hands-on support to operational teams. This position involves regular travel between UK sites and occasional overseas visits, and is suited to a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Skills & ExperienceEssential
- A-Level, HNC, or equivalent technical qualification
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or working towards Diploma)
- Proven EHS experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations and experience with capital projects
- Experience conducting audits and working with ISO management systems
- Good working knowledge of COMAH requirements (or willingness to develop)
