E&I Coordinator (site-based Kwinana)

We are currently recruiting an E&I Coordinator (site based) for a Global Energy EPC in Kwinana, WA on a contract until the end of 2026.

Position Purpose:
  • Responsible, as directed by the Site Manager for all activities related to scopes. This will also include work for Commissioning and Company Operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Electrical/Instrument/telecommunication (E/I/T) teams to achieve HSE awareness, safe working and safe behaviour during the shutdowns
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the E/I/T crews to achieve the schedule, productivity and quality of workmanship expected at all times.
  • Direct and lead the E/I/T teams and allocate resources to achieve the scheduled and any adhoc day to day activities required.
  • Ensure the work is planned and prepared according the schedule.
  • Develop work packs, permit to work, procedures and processes to support the team’s efficiency and quality of work.
  • Ensure availability, when required, of all necessary resources, materials, tools & equipment to achieve the schedule
  • Provide daily and weekly reports of progress against the schedule
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Trade background with minimum of 10 years’ experience in Electrical & Instrumentation trade
  • Strong onshore plant construction background
  • Deep understanding of construction processes and experience in a brownfield environment
  • Extensive experience onshore construction projects
  • Kwinana Industrial Area experience with projects and fabrication contractors preferred
Additional:
  • Site based role located in Kwinana which will suit SOR candidates as travel is not covered
  • 10 hour days (excluding breaks) from Mon – Friday (50 hours per week)
  • Commencing attendance of prestart meeting 7am.
