Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Construction Supervisor

Join a major brownfields expansion project and play a key role in delivering critical E&I construction and commissioning activities.
Drive safe, high‑quality execution while coordinating with contractors and operations teams.
Be part of a high‑performing Owner’s Team completing a significant upgrade to a live chemical plant.

SALARY & BENEFITS (Contract Role)
•           Competitive flat hourly rate plus super
•           Fortnightly pay via a modern online payroll system
•           6–12 month contract through to December
•           50‑hour week, with shutdown periods increasing to 70–80 hours
•           Monday–Friday roster with occasional night shift coverage
•           Work locally at Kwinana – no FIFO, home every night
•           Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant support throughout your contract
•           Invitations to NES Fircroft contractor events
•           Opportunities for future contracts through our extensive client network

ABOUT YOU
•           Electrical or Instrumentation trade qualification with strong brownfields experience
•           Background in chemical, industrial, or heavy process plant environments
•           Confident coordinating contractors and managing work fronts in a live operating facility
•           Strong communication, organisation, and safety leadership
•           Able to work extended hours during shutdowns when required

THE JOB ROLE
•           Join the Owner’s Team delivering a 30% capacity upgrade to a major plant
•           Oversee E&I construction activities at a high level (not hands‑on trade work)
•           Ensure work fronts meet schedule, safety, and quality expectations
•           Coordinate with Operations to ensure permits are issued and work is progressing
•           Support construction, pre‑commissioning, and commissioning activities
•           Contribute to a project entering its final 9 months, with major milestones ahead
