Salary & Benefits
- $100/hr plus super on all hours
- 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth to the Pilbara
- Flights, accommodation, meals, and PPE provided
- Fortnightly pay via a modern online payroll system
- Long-term project with strong potential for contract extension or permanent sign‑over
- Access to site facilities including gym, wet mess, dry mess, and high‑quality camp amenities
- Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant and support team throughout your assignment

- Experienced electrical professional with strong commissioning background in mining or heavy industry
- Confident leader with the ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively across disciplines
- Skilled in interpreting electrical drawings, testing procedures, and compliance requirements
- WA Electrical Licence essential; HV switching experience highly regarded
- Comfortable working in remote FIFO environments with a strong commitment to safety
- Join a major iron ore project backed by a leading mining operator with long-term development plans
- Lead commissioning activities across HV/LV systems, substations, MCCs, and control infrastructure
- Oversee energisation, testing, verification, and handover of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards and site safety protocols from day one
- Play a key role in driving quality, resolving technical issues, and supporting project milestones
