Electrical Construction Superintendent Lead Major Decarbonisation & Infrastructure Projects Across Pilbara Operations
  • Lead the safe delivery of major electrical construction projects, managing contractors, site teams and key stakeholders across multiple work fronts.
  • Drive HV infrastructure, substations, distribution networks and commissioning activities from construction through to operational handover.
  • Join a high-profile decarbonisation program delivering critical mining and infrastructure projects across the Pilbara on a 2:1 FIFO roster.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to play a key leadership role in the delivery of major mining infrastructure and decarbonisation projects. You'll work closely with project teams, contractors and operational stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • WA A-Grade Electrical Licence or Electrical Engineering qualification
  • Significant experience in Electrical Construction Superintendent, Electrical Project Manager or similar leadership positions within mining, energy or heavy industry
  • Demonstrated HV infrastructure experience including substations, switchyards, overhead and underground distribution networks
  • Strong contractor management, stakeholder engagement and safety leadership experience
  • Proven construction, commissioning, energisation and project handover experience within complex project environments
The Job Role As the Electrical Construction Superintendent, you will:
  • Lead and coordinate contractors and site-based construction teams across multiple electrical infrastructure projects
  • Drive safety, quality, schedule and project delivery outcomes while ensuring compliance with company standards and statutory requirements
  • Partner with project managers, commissioning teams, operations personnel and contractors to support construction execution and successful project handovers
  • Oversee technical queries, NCRs, inspection and test plans, commissioning readiness and project close-out activities
  • Provide visible leadership, coaching and mentoring while fostering a strong safety and performance culture across site teams
