Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Electrical Engineer -SMP with Saudi Aramco
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate is expected to:
Prepare engineering designs and implement electrical projects for IT communications facilities across the Kingdom, in accordance with project requirements. The electrical background should cover, but is not limited to, DC power equipment (rectifiers, inverters, UPSs, batteries, Solar PV systems), AC power backup systems (backup diesel generators, ATS, MTS), and all related electrical wiring, controls, converters, transformers, distribution panels, and switchgears.
Develop engineering studies by analyzing and evaluating relevant data to address technical problems. Assess the impact of new IT equipment installations on electrical loads.
Prepare engineering calculations to confirm equipment sizing and ratings.
Develop project estimates, expenditure requests, budgetary estimates, and perform other technical engineering tasks.
Conduct field surveys at IT communications facilities to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Prepare material specifications, equipment testing procedures, and review cutover plans.
Attend mechanical completion inspections and equipment commissioning for IT projects managed by the Project Management Team (PMT).
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Preferred certifications:
PMP, FE, or any other industry-recognized relevant certification
Preferred skills:
Strong communication and soft skills, demonstrated leadership in project management
Work Experience
0-3 years’ experience only.
Work Schedule:
Full Time – 40h schedule per week
