About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Electrical Leader to join a major industrial energy / process transformation project.
This long‑term assignment involves supervising the full Electrical discipline across engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
The role requires strong technical leadership, coordination capabilities, and hands‑on involvement during site execution.

Key Responsibilities
🔧 Electrical Engineering & Technical Leadership
- Lead and coordinate all Electrical discipline activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review, validate, and challenge engineering deliverables (FEED & Detailed Engineering).
- Ensure compliance with project standards, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.
- Oversee and support site teams for HT/LV electrical installations, including:
- Switchboards, transformers, MCCs
- Cable routing and connections
- Protection systems & distribution networks
- Ensure quality of installation, manage interfaces, and support contractors during execution.
- Prepare and review test procedures, checklists, and completion documentation.
- Participate in Pre‑Com/Com testing, troubleshooting, and punch list resolution.
- Coordinate with commissioning teams and ensure handover compliance.
- Work closely with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Contribute to schedule monitoring, progress tracking, deviation management, and HSE compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation, red‑marking, reporting, and QA/QC follow‑up.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial projects (energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, process industries).
- Strong expertise in HT/LV systems, protection, distribution, compliance, and construction supervision.
- Hands‑on experience with Pre‑Commissioning / Commissioning activities.
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and interact with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent English required.
