Electrical Construction Supervisor

Join a major decarbonisation infrastructure project and help deliver the electrical systems that will drive real zero emissions across large‑scale operations.
• Oversee electrical construction activities on a high‑profile decarb project
• Lead contractor performance and ensure safe, high‑quality delivery

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to support the safe and efficient delivery of electrical works across a major decarbonisation infrastructure program.

Contract Role Benefits

  • Day Rate: $840 – $1,220 plus super on all hours
  • 12‑hour days 2:1 roster
  • Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 12 months
  • Fortnightly pay via a modern online payroll system

ABOUT YOU

(4–5 essential must‑haves only)

  • WA A‑Grade Electrical Licence or relevant tertiary electrical qualification
  • Strong electrical construction supervision experience on mining or heavy industrial sites
  • High Voltage switching experience and strong understanding of HV distribution networks
  • Ability to interpret drawings, manage isolations and oversee ITPs/completions
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
THE JOB ROLE

  • Join a flagship decarbonisation program delivering renewable and electrification infrastructure
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure safe, compliant electrical construction execution
  • Support commissioning, SIMOPS, punchlisting and completions activities
  • Work closely with Superintendents, site teams and commissioning groups
  • Initial priorities include contractor mobilisation, field leadership and ensuring BMS and HSE compliance
