This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead construction activities on large-scale power and decarbonisation projects while working alongside an industry-leading project team.

About You You are a safety-focused Electrical Supervisor who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and enjoys leading site teams to successful project outcomes.

• Electrical Trade Qualification with an unrestricted Electrical Licence
• Proven supervisory experience across mining, industrial, utilities or renewable energy projects
• Experience working on HV substations, transmission lines, solar farms, BESS or similar power infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and contractor management capability within remote FIFO environments
• Current WA Driver's Licence

The Role This position will support the delivery of critical Green Power infrastructure

• Lead and supervise day-to-day electrical construction activities on site
• Coordinate contractors and work crews to ensure safe and productive project execution
• Monitor construction progress and support project delivery against key milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and construction standards
• Support testing, commissioning and energisation activities across major power infrastructure assets
