Journeyman Electrician (Industrial Construction) Location: Nevada
Overview We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support industrial construction projects, including new facility builds and upgrades to existing operations. This role involves a wide range of electrical work across power distribution, controls, and low-voltage systems.
The ideal candidate is versatile, safety-focused, and experienced working in fast-paced industrial or commercial environments.

Overview We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support industrial construction projects, including new facility builds and upgrades to existing operations. This role involves a wide range of electrical work across power distribution, controls, and low-voltage systems.
The ideal candidate is versatile, safety-focused, and experienced working in fast-paced industrial or commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems including power distribution, transformers, lighting, and temporary construction power (up to 480V)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to plan and execute work
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
- Assist with installation and modification of electrical equipment and systems
- Support commissioning and testing of electrical installations
- Develop basic material takeoffs, work plans, and as-built documentation
- Follow safety procedures and participate in job hazard analysis and pre-task planning
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule
- 5+ years of experience at the journeyman level or higher in industrial or commercial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V (medium voltage experience a plus)
- Ability to size conductors and conduit using NEC standards
- Experience using electrical tools, meters, and testing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Experience with motor controls, drives, or PLCs is a plus
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Active construction and industrial job sites, indoor and outdoor
- Exposure to weather, noise, and varying site conditions
- Ability to work at heights (up to ~60 ft)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility for overtime, weekends, or on-call work as needed
