Period: 12/14/2025 – 11/22/2026
Shift: Rotational – 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off; 12+ hour shifts
Pay Rate: $25 – $28/hr
Job Description
The Electronic Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The role focuses on improving maintenance-related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) and enhancing maintenance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and reliability-centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
  • Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials, supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history (movements, work orders, parts used, time to maintain).
  • Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement culture and initiatives to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
  • Support efforts to reduce downtime due to maintenance, parts, failures, and work-in-process.
  • Implement CoSD projects, including planned repair and reuse of parts.
  • Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
  • Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required with Department of Labor Certification OR Associates degree from an accredited program in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role
  • Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Good math and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly; bend, stoop, crawl, lay down, twist and push.
