Role: Engineers Structure
Location: Al Ain

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer (Construction Supervision) to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the structural integrity, quality, and compliance of construction activities across our ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate structural designs, drawings, and project specifications
  • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with approved plans
  • Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Perform structural calculations and analyses to ensure robustness, safety, and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines
  • Prepare, review, and present technical documents including site reports, structural assessments, and inspection documentation
  • Work closely with construction teams to maintain project timelines, quality benchmarks, and engineering standards
  • Identify potential structural concerns and propose corrective actions
  • Participate in project meetings and provide professional technical input
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in structural engineering
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in construction supervision for high-rise or residential villa projects
  • Thorough knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and material behavior
  • Strong familiarity with Abu Dhabi and Middle East building codes & regulations
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and site supervision skills
