Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Engineer– SMP with Saudi Aramco

Job Requirements:

  • Work experience as maintenance engineer
  • Performs engineering analysis, development, design, coordinate and control of assigned projects.
  • Have training, knowledge and ability in his engineering specialty, a working knowledge of related engineering fields, applicable codes and standards.
  • Ability in various engineering activities within engineering, maintenance and operation functions.
  • Have a knowledge of engineering practices & economic principles, calculation methods, design details, US/Aramco Codes, Standards & Specifications.

Preferred skills:
  • Experience with Building Management System platform to monitor and control building systems.
  • Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including design, operation, and maintenance.
  • Understanding of water distribution, drainage, and gas systems, including piping materials and sizing.
  • Familiarity with electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, chillers, and boilers, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and practices.
  • Familiarity with local and national building codes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit, to create and modify mechanical system designs.

Facility Management/ IFMA

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering)/ Mechanical Engineering

Experience Required:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in facilities management.

Work Schedule:

Full Time – 40h schedule per week
