We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager who enjoys guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams within complex industrial and energy projects. This role is focused on collaboration, coordination, and supporting people to deliver high-quality engineering solutions in a practical and sustainable way.
You will work closely with engineers, contractors, project teams, and external partners to help create a structured, supportive, and efficient engineering environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support engineering activities across multiple project phases.
  • Guide and coach engineering teams while fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor engineering progress, planning, quality, and technical consistency.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to align technical activities.
  • Review technical deliverables and support teams in finding practical solutions to engineering challenges.
  • Help maintain engineering standards, project procedures, and technical quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned within standardized project concepts.
  • Support interface management between engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
Profile
  • MSc or BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience within industrial, energy, process, or engineering project environments.
  • Comfortable leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative way.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance technical detail and project coordination.
  • Familiar with engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, SolidWorks, Aspen Plus, MATLAB, or similar software.
  • Understanding of engineering standards, quality procedures, and project workflows.
