Location: Claremore, OK 74017
Contract Duration: 6–12 months
Temp-to-Perm Conversion: High Potential
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and business support to our leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our department and serves as a key liaison for internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Support
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relations.
  • Maintain and update databases, distribution lists, and contact directories.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining operational procedures and guidelines.
Business Administration
  • Conduct research and compile data to support business initiatives and reporting.
  • Assist with invoice processing, basic bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
  • Support the creation of financial reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Office Management
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to executive team members as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting executive-level management.
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in administrative or operational support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
