This is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Orlando, Florida.
We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant with 5–10 years of experience supporting senior leaders in fast‑paced environments.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you’ll also contribute to project coordination, slide development, and light analytical work that helps drive executive‑level decision‑making.
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You’ll work closely with an executive leader, ensuring their time, communication, and strategic initiatives run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow‑ups
- Serve as a professional point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Project & Operational Support
- Assist with small to mid‑sized projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
- Conduct light research and compile information to support decision‑making
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather data, coordinate tasks, and maintain project documentation
Presentation & Communication Support
- Build and refine PowerPoint presentations for leadership and management meetings
- Draft executive‑level communications, summaries, and briefing materials
- Organize and synthesize information into clear, visually compelling formats
General Office & Team Support
- Help coordinate team events, offsites, and internal communications
- Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and workflows
- Support operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proven ability to support senior‑level executives in dynamic environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience supporting projects or cross‑functional initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule based in Orlando, FL
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week
- Hybrid schedule (2-3 in‑office days required weekly)
- Orlando, Florida–based candidates only
