Exploration Manager – Generative Gold (S26 Appointed)

A Perth‑based, ASX‑listed gold exploration and development company is seeking an experienced Exploration Manager to lead generative exploration programs across a highly prospective landholding in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.

This is a permanent, Perth‑based role suited to a technically strong exploration leader with a proven discovery mindset and current Section 26 (S26) appointment.
The Role Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving campaign‑based exploration strategy from target generation through to drill testing, with a strong emphasis on gold systems in the Eastern Goldfields.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, execution and delivery of generative exploration strategies across the region
• Generation and prioritisation of targets using geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets
• Planning and oversight of exploration campaigns, field programs and drilling activities
• Technical interpretation and progression of targets from concept to drill‑ready status
• Budget management, scheduling and oversight of contractors and consultants
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring and development of exploration team members
• Acting as the statutory Exploration Manager (S26), ensuring compliance with relevant WA mining legislation
• Preparation and contribution to technical reporting, management updates and ASX disclosures

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Geology or a related discipline
• Gold exploration experience, with strong exposure to the Eastern Goldfields
• Demonstrated success in generative and early‑stage exploration
• Proven capability leading exploration campaigns and advancing targets toward discovery
• High‑level technical interpretation skills across multiple datasets
• Experience managing exploration teams, field programs and external service providers
• Current Section 26 (S26) appointment – essential
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, commercially aware mindset
