The Facilities & Construction (F&C) Supply Chain Excellence Center is seeking an experienced contracts and supply chain professional to support global F&C projects and services. The role is responsible for delivering value-optimized SCM activities while working closely with stakeholders across multiple business units and time zones. The role is in Houston and reports to the SCM Project/Facilities Manager also stationed in Houston.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute procurement plans and F&C category strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and risk profiles.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, competitive tenders, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts using Ariba, Icertis, and SAP, ensuring compliance with policies/standards and local regulations.
• Partner with Contract Holders, Technical, Legal, HSE, Finance, Insurance, and Project Controls teams to manage scope, risk, claims, change orders, and supplier performance.
• Provide market intelligence, should-cost models, reporting, savings tracking, and continuous improvement support across various contracting categories.
Qualifications & Experience
• Hold a degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Have at least 8 years of recent experience in supply chain, contracts, or commercial roles within oil and gas or similar capital-intensive industries.
• Exposure to Facilities & Construction contracting models such as EPC/EPCM, construction, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Experience leading complex tenders and negotiations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in Ariba as a Procurement Platform and SAP.
• PMP certification is considered an advantage.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across geographies.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to use benchmarks and market data to inform decisions.
• High ownership, organization, and document control discipline with an audit-ready mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced global environment and able to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
