1. Plant Facilities Operation and Maintenance Management
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance management of plant buildings and related facilities, including systems such as water, electricity, gas, fire protection, elevators, and overhead cranes.
- Plan, execute, and track preventive maintenance and regular service programs to ensure equipment stability and availability.
- Monitor maintenance quality and progress to ensure compliance with company requirements for safety, quality, and timelines.
- Manage outsourced maintenance and inspection work for plant facilities, including scope definition, execution processes, and final acceptance.
- Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards, ensuring deliverables meet requirements.
- Develop and implement safety inspection plans for plant facilities to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Ensure plant utility systems meet occupational safety, fire protection, and government regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to plant operations to enhance overall safety and reliability.
- Formulate annual maintenance strategies and plans for plant facilities, including budgeting and manpower/resource allocation.
- Plan and execute facility-related projects (e.g., equipment replacement, capacity expansion, system improvements).
- Leverage technical expertise and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex equipment and system issues, continuously improving maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and benchmark against peers to enhance departmental management and technical capabilities, strengthening competitiveness.
- Apply expertise and experience in plant/facility management to implement company policies and strategies on-site.
- Provide appropriate alternative solutions when addressing complex maintenance issues involving diverse technologies or interdependent production processes, even beyond existing guidelines.
- Integrate internal and external information to make practical and actionable decisions and recommendations.
- Clearly communicate job expectations and performance goals, supporting team members’ professional growth and development.
- Act as a senior technical advisor within the department, guiding and assisting less experienced staff in problem-solving.
- Plan and lead small- to medium-scale, lower-risk projects, coordinating with production, quality assurance, EHS, and other related departments.
- Clearly explain technical issues and improvement plans to help teams align on maintenance priorities and investment decisions.
- Handle sensitive issues related to safety, quality, and personnel performance with professionalism and integrity.
- Handle other assigned or ad hoc tasks related to plant facilities and operations.
- Ensure facility operations are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.

- Native Mandarin speaker with good English speaking skill
- Over 5+ years of direct team leadership experience
