Oil & Gas
- Independently operate, inspect, diagnose, test, repair, and maintain production facilities, heavy machinery, rolling stock, and related equipment in a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible manner. Production equipment may include gas turbines, reciprocating compressors, gas dehydration units, three-phase separators, treaters, transmission systems, and pumps.
- Collaborate closely with Operations personnel and other skilled trades to support a wide range of maintenance activities within the Badami Production Facility.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities on all assigned equipment to ensure operational reliability and readiness.
- Perform rollover preventive maintenance on standby pumps and other backup equipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency, and communicate recommendations to the Production Superintendent.
- Support facility and drill site modifications, special projects, and other assignments as directed by the Production Superintendent.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while promoting safe work practices and addressing safety concerns.
- Utilize a minimum of five years of oil and gas facility maintenance experience to effectively support facility operations and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain responsibility for assigned operational areas and provide ongoing status updates to the Board Operator and Production Superintendent.
- Escalate complex maintenance concerns requiring corrective action to the Production Superintendent in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate daily operational priorities, requirements, and maintenance needs to Operations personnel and the Production Superintendent.
- Promptly report all spills, near-miss incidents, injuries, and property damage to the Production Superintendent.
- Actively participate in safety programs and training, including first aid, CPR, fire response drills, spill response activities, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Remain current on all required regulatory training, Operator Qualification (OQ) requirements for pipeline-related tasks, and compliance obligations.
- Demonstrate reliability through adherence to established work schedules, attendance expectations, and punctual participation in work activities and meetings.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and maintain accountability for actions and results.
