We're seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to oversee day-to-day service operations across Queensland. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer service, driving operational performance, and developing a team of Field Service Engineers.

About the Role
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Field Service Engineers.
- Drive customer satisfaction, service quality and customer retention.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage field service operations, scheduling and resource planning.
- Support customer escalations and build strong long-term relationships.
- Champion safety, quality and operational excellence.
- 3+ years' experience leading field service teams within the electrical industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience managing service delivery, KPIs and customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce (preferred).
