Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Technician to provide onsite service and technical support throughout designated metro areas. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform service, maintenance, and installation work.
- Complete lock installation projects independently and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical and connectivity-related issues.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including service reports, expense reports, route completion logs, and activity tracking.
- Record details of service visits, technical findings, and parts utilized.
- Coordinate priorities with management to ensure preventative maintenance schedules are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Respond to emergency service calls, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization professionally at all times.
- Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
- Support additional service locations based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant field service, maintenance, installation, or technical support experience.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Experience working with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cellular/Bluetooth-based systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload.
