Pay Rate: $25-30.00/hour

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Technician to provide onsite service and technical support throughout designated metro areas. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer locations to perform service, maintenance, and installation work.
  • Complete lock installation projects independently and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical and connectivity-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation, including service reports, expense reports, route completion logs, and activity tracking.
  • Record details of service visits, technical findings, and parts utilized.
  • Coordinate priorities with management to ensure preventative maintenance schedules are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Respond to emergency service calls, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization professionally at all times.
  • Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
  • Support additional service locations based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant field service, maintenance, installation, or technical support experience.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Experience working with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cellular/Bluetooth-based systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload.
