- $80,000 - $90,000 base salary + super
- Full Time, Monday to Friday
- East Perth location
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- Relevant experience in finance, payroll, or accounts
- Proficient in accounting systems such as Xero, ExpenseMe, or similar platforms
- Strong reconciliation, data entry, and invoice management skills
- High attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Cultural awareness and the ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Process meeting payroll, travel allowances, and reimbursements accurately following ATO guidelines
- Issue and track purchase orders, manage invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end journals, reconciliations, and prepare audit-ready documentation
- Provide relief support for Accounts Payable and Payroll functions when required
- Respond to finance-related queries and support cross-functional finance knowledge
