Job Summary
Provide finance business partnering support through OPEX performance management, cost control, financial governance and decision support. Drive cost optimization initiatives, strengthen financial stewardship, and support business performance through insightful analysis, reporting and challenge.

Principal Responsibilities
•    Lead end-to-end OPEX performance management, including planning, forecasting, latest estimates, performance reviews and delivery tracking.
•    Challenge cost performance and drive accountability across the business to achieve OPEX targets and cost improvement initiatives.
•    Provide cost transparency, financial analysis and actionable insights to support informed business decisions.
•    Lead and coordinate payment-related activities, including timely processing, accrual management, compliance with controls and cash stewardship.
•    Maintain a strong control and governance framework, identifying and managing financial, operational and compliance risks.
•    Drive structural cost reduction, productivity improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
•    Act as a trusted Finance partner to business leaders by providing independent challenge, financial rigour and decision support.
•    Partner with Finance support services to deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reporting.
•    Continuously simplify processes, eliminate non-value-adding activities and improve operational efficiency.
•    Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, customs authorities and other regulatory bodies.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
•    Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Performance Management or Cost Control.
•    Experience supporting operational, manufacturing or asset-based business environments.
•    Proven track record in OPEX performance management, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation.
•    Strong knowledge of Accounting & Reporting, Financial Controls, Governance, Risk and Assurance.
•    Good understanding of payment governance, financial stewardship, accrual management and working capital processes.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to engage, influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
•    Experience leading cross-functional improvement, productivity or transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
•    Self-driven individual with the ability to identify risks and opportunities, translate insights into actions and deliver business results.
