We are supporting one of our key clients for an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial operations for a large‑scale construction project in Poland. This role oversees the full project finance function, ensuring robust financial governance, strategic planning and high‑quality reporting to senior leadership and head office.

What you’ll do
- Lead all financial matters for the project, acting as the primary finance partner to the Project Director and Commercial teams
- Manage and develop the project Finance Team, ensuring strong performance and clear progression pathways
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and project‑wide financial controls in collaboration with Project Controls
- Drive strategic financial planning with a forward‑looking approach (6–12 months horizon)
- Lead internal and external audits, SOX compliance and financial interactions with the client
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to head office and JV partners
- Provide commercial insight to senior leadership to maximise profit and cash flow
- Background as a Project Accountant or Financial Controller within major construction projects
- Strong leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality financial outcomes
- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial governance in project environments
- Ability to challenge assumptions, maintain financial rigour and support strategic decision‑making
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Progress toward CIMA qualification
