Fixed Plant Electrician

Salary & Benefits
• Hourly rate: $80–$85 per hour (experience‑based)
• Fortnightly pay via a modern online payroll system
• 6‑month contract with potential for extension
• 2/2 roster, offering excellent work–life balance
• Support from a dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant throughout your contract

About You
• You hold a WA A‑Class Electrical Licence and an electrical trade qualification
• You have experience in fixed plant maintenance within a continuous operating environment
• You are confident with fault finding, VSD troubleshooting and reading electrical schematics
• You bring strong communication skills and a proactive, safety‑focused mindset
• You are available to commence around 10 February (flexible for the right candidate)
The Job Role
• Join a respected mining client with a strong safety culture and well‑maintained fixed plant assets
• Carry out electrical and instrumentation maintenance, repairs and statutory inspections
• Support plant reliability through effective troubleshooting and timely corrective actions
• Work with SAP and modern maintenance systems to manage work orders and reporting
• Make an immediate impact by supporting the team during a 6‑month backfill period
