We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves supporting daily operations within a manufacturing environment, including inventory management, material handling, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

This position operates in a manufacturing environment and may require standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in varying conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and products
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining stock levels
- Support shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading shipments
- Perform general labor tasks within a manufacturing facility
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Valid forklift certification
- Experience with inventory management systems and processes
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility
- Shipping and handling experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings
