Position: FPSO Electrical Engineering Services
Location: Between 1 and 2 years in France, up to 18 months in Singapore and up to 18 months in South Korea.
Start Date: October 2026
Duration : 12 Month Renewable Contract

Responsibilities
- Assist the FPSO Lead Engineer to supervise and guide the Engineering Contractor for all aspects of electrical equipment and installation on the FPSO.
- Ensure Scope of Requirements, Basic Engineering, Project Specifications, Procedures and international codes are followed during detailed design, construction and delivery activities.
- Work under the authority of the Electrical Leader.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements, safety instructions and code of ethics.
- Review and approve detailed design deliverables produced by the Engineering Contractor and follow implementation through to closure.
- Review technical queries and provide responses relating to the electrical discipline.
- Coordinate interfaces with process, structural and safety disciplines to achieve the most effective technical solutions.
- Support package interface management activities and ensure design consistency between packages.
- Maintain regular communication with contractor counterparts and organise technical meetings.
- Report technical issues, deviations, progress concerns and mitigation plans to the Electrical Lead.
- Participate in construction safety activities and report anomalies.
- Support electrical engineering input relating to change orders and planning constraints.
- Coordinate specialist support and arrange witnessing and inspection activities, including vendor inspections.
- Participate in HAZOP reviews and PTR reviews.
- Participate in contractor and project meetings.
- Graduate Engineer specialising in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Oil & Gas projects.
- Previous FPSO electrical design experience.
- Fluent English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multicultural environments.
- Proactive attitude with strong anticipation and attention to detail.
