Responsibilities
  • Be fully responsible for the market development and cargo solicitation of shipping services in the Americas, formulate targeted regional sales strategies, focus on the freight business in core markets such as the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and ensure the achievement of regional freight volume and revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth research on the freight market demands, industry trends, and competitor dynamics in various countries and regions across the Americas (including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, etc.) and identify potential customer resources. • Complete the statistics and analysis of sales reports and regularly report the regional sales progress and market conditions to the company.
  • Special Considerations for the Americas Market: Coordinate multinational teams, balance headquarters decisions with local execution efficiency (such as adapting to the business cultures emphasizing efficiency and contract spirit in South and North America, and relationship-based cooperation in some Latin American countries).
Qualifications
