Position Overview
Client is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support plant operations and site maintenance activities at their Texas facility. This is a short-term contract opportunity expected to last approximately two months. Candidates should be safety-focused, reliable, and willing to perform a variety of physically demanding tasks in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
- Assist maintenance and operations personnel with project-related work.
- Clean work areas, equipment, and designated plant spaces.
- Move materials, tools, and supplies as directed.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Support turnaround, construction, or maintenance activities as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and site policies.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous industrial, construction, warehouse, or labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Industrial manufacturing facility.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, dust, and plant operations.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
