We are seeking a highly skilled Global Naval Architect Lead for a permanent position based in Monaco.
Local right to work is required.

🎯 Purpose of the Role As Global Naval Architect Lead, you will provide technical leadership in naval architecture, structural integrity, and regulatory compliance for marine and offshore assets.
You will contribute to the safety, reliability, and continuous improvement of the fleet while supporting the development of technical standards and best practices.

đź”§ Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in naval architecture, including structural reassessments, stability analyses, and loading condition simulations.
  • Ensure asset integrity and regulatory compliance by managing Class, Flag, and local authority requirements.
  • Review and approve inspection and repair reports, and monitor the progress of inspection campaigns.
  • Review and validate prescriptive and RBI inspection plans.
  • Support budget preparation for inspection campaigns and ensure proper follow‑up throughout the year.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, work instructions, and technical guidelines for the fleet.
  • Represent the Operations function in strategic and tactical meetings when delegated by the Technical Authority.
  • Monitor discipline KPIs and dashboards, and report findings or anomalies to management.
🎓 Requirements Education
  • Degree in Naval Architecture (stability, naval structures, ship design) or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in:
    • shipping,
    • offshore construction or repair,
    • or Oil & Gas operations.
  • Experience as a Class Society Surveyor is an advantage.

  • Up to €61,000 gross/year base salary
