NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a leading international Oil & Gas operator delivering a major multi-billion-dollar energy development programme based in France.
We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Data & Campaigns to lead HR data governance, workforce reporting, and strategic HR planning initiatives across a complex and rapidly evolving organisation. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data while supporting critical business decisions through insightful reporting, workforce analysis, and the delivery of key HR campaigns.
The successful candidate will lead a team of HR data specialists and act as the central point of expertise for HR analytics, organisational reporting, workforce planning, and HR systems management within a multicultural project environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead HR data governance activities, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of workforce data across the organisation.
- Manage the collection, validation, consolidation, and analysis of HR data from multiple HR functions and systems.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, workforce reports, and management analytics to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate major HR campaigns, including headcount forecasting, workforce planning, budget submissions, organisational reviews, and staffing analysis.
- Ensure timely delivery and validation of workforce planning inputs from key stakeholders.
- Provide senior management with structured reporting and actionable workforce insights.
- Oversee organisational data, including organisation charts, reporting structures, position management, and workforce movement tracking.
- Support HR Business Partners with staffing analysis, organisational reviews, and workforce planning activities.
- Manage HRIS-related activities, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and alignment between reporting outputs and HR systems.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance HR reporting and data management capabilities.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance in the handling of sensitive employee and organisational data.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR data professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR data management, HR reporting, HRIS, workforce planning, or HR project support.
- Previous experience within large-scale, multinational, project-driven, or energy sector environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of workforce analytics, organisational reporting, staffing metrics, and HR planning processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, HRIS platforms, or similar reporting and analytics tools would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of organisational management, talent development reporting, workforce planning, and training data analysis.
- Proven ability to lead and develop small teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience supporting diverse HR functions.
- High level of accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Fluent English is essential; additional language skills would be beneficial.
- Professional certifications in Power BI, HR analytics, HRIS, or process improvement are advantageous but not required.
