Head of Production - Ammonia

Production Head – Ammonia Plant 

I am currently partnering with a company to appoint a Head of Production for their operations in Sulawesi.

They are looking for someone with:

• Extensive experience in ammonia plant operations, ideally 15 to 20+ years
• Strong background in process safety, QHSE standards, and plant optimisation
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale production and utilities teams
• Deep technical knowledge across ammonia processes, mechanical systems, and plant operations
• Fluency in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
