Human Resources Associate
The Human Resources Associate will support the Midland/Colorado Human Resources Departments with administrative and operational tasks, focusing on recruitment (posting jobs, screening), onboarding (adding new hire to ADP), employee records (maintaining new hire paperwork in OneDrive, employee inquiries, and acting as a key liaison between the field staff and management while ensuring confidentiality and a positive work environment.

This position will be exempt and Full-time. Full-time to begin (First 90-Days) will be considered 30 hours a week and 130 hours a month. Work weeks will be 40 hours a week following 90-Days. Eligible for benefits.

The Human Resources Associate will support the Midland/Colorado Human Resources Departments with administrative and operational tasks, focusing on recruitment (posting jobs, screening), onboarding (adding new hire to ADP), employee records (maintaining new hire paperwork in OneDrive, employee inquiries, and acting as a key liaison between the field staff and management while ensuring confidentiality and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Onboarding: Processing new hires in ADP and sending for Drug Screen. Communicating with new hire when need to help them with onboarding experience.
- HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records with OneDrive.
- Employee Support: Acting as the first point of contact for HR questions.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Upholding legal requirements, maintaining sensitive employee data, and ensuring policy adherence.
- Payroll: Be fully trained on how to process payroll.
- Timecards: Verify time within Workforce against submitted field DCRs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now software.
- Background in Human Resources.
