An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Director to establish and lead the people function across a growing organisation delivering major digital infrastructure and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and organisational development initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and business growth across multiple functions.
- Drive recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Develop compensation, benefits and performance management frameworks.
- Support employee engagement, leadership development and retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR compliance, governance and best practices.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Significant experience in a senior HR leadership position.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, organisational development and employee engagement.
- Experience supporting growth-focused organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within engineering, infrastructure, technology, construction or related industries is advantageous.
- Fluent English required.
