Role Overview
The HR Generalist (OD&L) supports organizational transformation by enhancing capability, leadership effectiveness, and workforce readiness across a business unit. The role partners with HR and business leaders to deliver OD&L strategies aligned with business goals and company values.

Key Responsibilities Organizational Development

  • Support organization design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
  • Improve organizational effectiveness and performance across complex, global teams
Learning & Capability

  • Identify capability gaps and support targeted learning solutions
  • Deliver leadership development and global learning programs
  • Promote a continuous learning culture
Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with business leaders and HR to address organizational challenges
  • Provide guidance on talent development, team effectiveness, and change
Project & Change Management

  • Lead OD&L projects (e.g., transformation, leadership programs, culture change)
  • Apply structured project and change management practices
  • Track outcomes and drive continuous improvement
Governance & Culture

  • Ensure alignment with policies, ethics, and HSSE standards
  • Support inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement initiatives
Scope
  • Supports 2,500+ employees across multiple regions
  • Operates in complex, fast-changing environments
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in HR, OD, Learning, or Talent in global organizations
  • Expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and change management
  • Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills
