Responsibilities:
  • Manages end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, offer negotiation, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach and representing the company's values
  • Performs effective recruitment strategies using various recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates.
  • Assess candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Manages timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintains current and accurate applicant record information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Monitors recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required
  • Experience with Workday ATS system preferred
  • Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing or related fields preferred
  • Experience supporting high volume roles preferred
