About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Specialist to join our team and ensure the safety, compliance, and well-being of our construction site operations in Taiwan. This role requires strong knowledge of Taiwan’s HSE regulations and proven ability to manage site safety effectively.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Specialist to join our team and ensure the safety, compliance, and well-being of our construction site operations in Taiwan. This role requires strong knowledge of Taiwan’s HSE regulations and proven ability to manage site safety effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards.
- Develop and implement safety plans, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and control measures.
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs for site personnel.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Liaise with local authorities and labor inspection agencies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for occupational health and safety activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE supervisory experience, preferably in construction.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan HSE regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid HSE management certification (Class B Occupational Safety and Health Management Technician or equivalent).
- English proficiency (TOEIC score of 500 or above).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Background in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work.
- Experience in commissioning activities (including pre-commissioning and functional testing).
