Job Description – Project HSE Engineer
The Project HSE Engineer is responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities at construction project sites. This role ensures compliance with HSE regulations, oversees contractor safety management, and supports the implementation of the HSE/Industrial Management System (IMS).
Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections and toolbox meetings, managing HSE audits, reviewing safety permits and risk assessments, tracking HSE performance, and delivering HSE training. The role also supports coordination with contractors and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HSE or relevant experience in construction site HSE
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive and cooperative working attitude
- Relevant HSE certification (e.g. occupational safety or health management)
