【Principal Duties & Responsibilities】

- You will be the Safety Champion - Lead and guide project team on all HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) matters from end-to-end project cycle.
- Lead and work with team – Lead and manage Site HSES Engineers to make safety a team effort and support in coaching new project site HSE manager.
- Develop & Improve Safety Systems – Build HSES plans, emergency response, and security procedures to keep sites safe.
- Ensure Compliance – Make sure all subcontractors follow Liquide’s safety standards.
- Lead Risk Management – Identify high-risk activities, create mitigation plans, and ensure zero incidents.
- Train & Educate – Develop and run HSES training for project team to stay sharp and informed.
- Oversee Safety Audits & Inspections – Run site safety meetings, audits, and reviews to maintain top safety levels.
- Enforce Work Permit Procedures – Ensure everyone follows the Permit to Work process before starting risky tasks.
- Investigate & Solve Incidents – Lead accident investigations, find the root cause, and prevent future risks.
- Report & Improve – Track safety performance and continuously enhance processes.
