Hiring 1 HSE Specialist for each location 
Locations - Ubon Ratchathani/Chumphon/Prachuap Khiri Khan 
Contract Duration - 8 months 
Accomodation - Provided (Shared Room) 

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and Thai regulatory laws.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety walks, and risk assessments, identifying unsafe conditions and recommending corrective actions.
  • Contractor Management: Monitor contractor HSE performance, review their HSE documentation, and ensure adherence to site safety standards.
  • Assist in accident/incident investigations, collect evidence, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support emergency response preparedness, including drills, equipment checks, and documentation.
  • Training and Promotion: Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, training sessions to raise awareness of HSE policies. and support HR in coordinating mandatory HSE training requirements.
  • Prepare and update HSE documentation, including JSA, risk assessments, permits-to-work, and safety plans.
  • Assist in internal and external HSE audits, track findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, HSE Manager, and Client HSE teams to ensure consistent communication and reporting.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports for submission to HSE Manager and project stakeholders.
  • Environmental Protection: Ensure proper waste management, pollution control, and compliance with environmental regulations during construction. and Project Code of Practice (COP)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical Safety Officer Certificate or higher is required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, renewable energy, manufacturing, or related industries (wind energy experience is an advantage).
  • Good understanding of Thai HSE regulations, risk assessment practices, and emergency response procedures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken communication is preferred.
  • Proactive, responsible, and safety-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
