HSEQ Manager 📍 Great Yarmouth | 💰 Competitive Salary + benefits
NES Fircroft is supporting a specialist offshore oil & gas service provider in the search for an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, environmental and quality strategy across North Sea operations.
This is a key leadership role, providing HSEQ oversight for a dedicated stimulation vessel and working closely with major operator partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement company-wide HSEQ strategy
- Act as technical authority for HSEQ risk in well stimulation operations
- Ensure compliance with offshore regulations and ISO standards
- Lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote a strong safety culture across offshore and onshore teams
- Support client audits, tenders, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong HSEQ leadership experience in offshore oil & gas
- Experience within well stimulation operations
- Knowledge of offshore regulations and compliance frameworks
- NEBOSH Level 6 (or equivalent)
- Confident engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
- Office-based in Great Yarmouth
- Offshore travel required (as needed)
