Client Background This role supports a large Philippine‑based infrastructure and energy organization involved in the development, construction, and operation of critical national assets. The organization manages a diverse portfolio of power generation and infrastructure projects and operates in a highly regulated environment, with strong requirements for governance, compliance, audit readiness, and information risk management.
The organization places a strong emphasis on enterprise‑grade information management, standardized document and records lifecycle practices, and the effective use of Microsoft 365 platforms to enable collaboration, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across corporate and project teams.

A. DRM Lifecycle & Records Management
  • Deliver document and records management services, including archiving, scanning, storage, and lifecycle activities, in accordance with agreed SLAs and disposition policies.
  • Implement and support DRM lifecycle processes and tools, ensuring accurate metadata assignment, RIA tagging, and adherence to approved policies.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on the status of business control documents in accordance with established standards.
  • Administer incoming and outgoing correspondence procedures in line with organizational standards.
  • Design, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365–based information management solutions—primarily focusing on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform—to support records management, collaboration, and automation across the organization.
B. SharePoint Governance & Compliance
  • Support the restructuring, setup, and ongoing administration of electronic document management systems, including:
    • SharePoint sites and libraries
    • Taxonomy, metadata, and classification frameworks
    • Term sets, access controls, and security configurations
  • Ensure compliance with information risk policies and records management governance standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to business users and workgroups to ensure proper adoption and usage of implemented information management tools and processes.
C. Data Cleanup, Quality & Reporting
  • Utilize in‑house tools to perform shared drive and repository cleanups, produce analysis reports, and support remediation activities with IMCFPs and business workgroups.
  • Track, troubleshoot, and resolve SharePoint‑related issues in coordination with global O365 / SharePoint support teams.
D. Workflow & Term Set Support
  • Support the creation and maintenance of workflows, tasks, and term sets.
  • Utilize off‑the‑shelf information management tools to improve records compliance and operational efficiency.
E. Information Management Governance Support
  • Provide ongoing guidance and user support to ensure adherence to implemented information management tools, governance standards, and processes.
F. Access Control & Subject Matter Expertise
  • Manage repository access controls and permissions as required.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in resolving issues related to SharePoint and other information management tools and platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements Educational Attainment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience handling SharePoint projects and maintaining SharePoint business operations.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in standard document control, DRM lifecycle processes, data engineering concepts, and information architecture.
Skills Must‑Have Skills
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Proven ability to resolve SharePoint‑related issues using Power Platform solutions integrated with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Hands‑on experience with SharePoint projects, DRM lifecycle processes, and data engineering or information architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills in assessing, structuring, and resolving data and metadata models.
  • Capable of performing SharePoint administrative functions, including configuration, permissions, and governance controls.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to support business users and stakeholders.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Proficiency in Power Platform, Power BI, and other automation and reporting tools.
