Position- Installation Project Manager Services
Location- Monaco
Start Date - ASAP
Duration - 12 months Renewable contract
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of installation projects from handover to offshore completion
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resource allocation to meet project objectives
• Coordinate with installation engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure alignment of project activities
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and internal policies
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
• Prepare and present project status reports including performance metrics, financial updates, and risk assessments to senior management
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the energy industry delivering projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Understanding of installation projects
• Proficiency in project management methodologies; PMP certification is advantageous
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
