Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Planner Location: Sabine Pass, TX
Type: Temporary/Contract - 1 year

Position Summary Seeking an experienced I&E Planner to support maintenance, project, and turnaround planning activities. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP S/4HANA experience, a background in instrumentation and electrical systems, and proven expertise in maintenance planning and scheduling within LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, or pipeline facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule maintenance, project, and outage activities.
  • Create and maintain work plans, schedules, and job packages.
  • Coordinate work orders with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Construction, and Project teams.
  • Manage backlog, manpower planning, and work execution schedules.
  • Support SAP CMMS processes and ensure accurate work order documentation.
  • Identify material requirements and coordinate with vendors and supply chain.
  • Track KPIs, schedule compliance, and regulatory maintenance requirements.
  • Assist with procedure development, training initiatives, and budget planning.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of maintenance planning experience using SAP in oil & gas, LNG, or petrochemical facilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution processes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience scheduling small- to medium-scale projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prometheus experience.
  • MS Project and/or Primavera P6 experience.
  • PHMSA-regulated pipeline facility experience.
  • Experience with gas compression and metering equipment.
  • Knowledge of scaffolding, insulation, rigging/lifting, welding, fabrication, machining, and work estimation.
