Integration Architect – 6 months Contract – Denmark/London

This role preferably will be based in either Billund or Copenhagen, but my client will also consider candidate to work from their London office after a couple of weeks in Denmark

Essential - Hands-on experience of SAP ERP, SAP BTP & Advanced Planning Systems. Deep supply planning knowledge & ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions. Proven experience integrating data between ERP & Expert in Kinaxis Maestro. Understand of integration patterns, APIs, data models & data mappings. Strong communication & collaboration skills

Integration Architect role description:

Define, document, test & validate business integration logic from host ERP (SAP ECC / SAP S/4) through to Kinaxis Maestro. The integration specialist is expected to be the link between the Kinaxis Maestro product team & the integration/development team supplying the required data objects to support the technical functionality of Kinaxis Maestro. The integration specialist is expected to be able to collaborate closely with the assigned Solution Architect to understand & translate the functional requirements to technical integration mappings.

Integration Architect Responsibilities:
 
  • Own integration architecture & align towards existing integration architecture & standards
  • Collaborate with Product Team & Solution Architect to define data object requirements
  • Translate business requirements to technical mappings between SAP & Kinaxis Maestro
  • Work closely with developers to follow preferred integration approach using BTP
  • Define & execute test cases in collaboration with test manager to validate mappings, data quality & business logic
  • Ensure clear & comprehensive documentations

Scope of work:

The Integration Architect will be contracted to design, extend, & validate integrations between SAP (ECC / S/4) & Kinaxis Maestro for an existing, live planning solution.
The scope of work focuses on enabling Finished Goods (FG) Planning & External Manufacturing Supplier (EMS) Planning by:
 
  • Adjust Kinaxis Data Model & Data Sources & Mappings according to solution needs for FG & EMS
  • Mentoring the internal employees to take ownership on integration topics
  • Designing & delivering new interfaces were required between SAP & Kinaxis Maestro
  • Designing & delivering integrations with external manufacturers Kinaxis Maestro platform (stock, planning, capacity, order, others)
  • Ensuring consistency with the established integration architecture, standards, & SAP BTP integration approach

Take ownership of integration design & validation for the in-scope planning domains & act as the primary integration point between:
 
  • Business & Product stakeholders
  • Kinaxis Maestro functional & product teams
  • SAP integration & development teams

This role is delivery-focused & expected to operate with limited supervision once scope & priorities are agreed.
